Introducing the Smart Quality Score

It's hot summer here in Canada and we're hard at work adding new features to your favorite Facebook quiz app. Today we are proud to announce the launch of a new tool to help you build better quizzes. We call it the Smart Quality Score.

Each quiz you set up is automatically analyzed against a set of rules. These rules are best practices we have observed in successful quizzes throughout the years. The result of this analysis will output a quality score ranging from A+ to D. You will find this grade in the Share section of your quiz. You can then click the "View Report" link to see all the recommendations.

For each recommendation, you can either click the "Fix it" or "Dismiss it" button. The "Fix it" button takes you to the page where you can apply the changes. The "Dismiss it" button lets you ignore the recommendation and your grade will be adjusted accordingly. We chose this approach because we understand that each quiz is unique and it's possible that some recommendations don't apply.
